This is my latest finished quilt project-one that I have already given away. My original plan was to make it all pinwheels, but it felt too busy. After consulting with my sister, I made a simpler block to put between the pinwheels. It is nice to have someone to get advice from, and the result was satisfying.

I think besides the ones you made for me this is my favorite of your quilts. The happy colors, the pinwheels, such a 'fun' quilt! I think I agree that making it not ALL pinwheels was a good idea. You inspire me to keep quilting, though it is a lot of work. I am making one now for Justin.
The finnished product looks wonderful! I am wondering what you chose for the perfect backing. ;)
