My brother sent me this picture which he took somewhere in Iowa. This picture looks like it would make the great cover for a book, or a story starter for my students. What do you think is at the top of the stairs?
Yes, such a good story starter for your students. They seem to always like that assignment when used with a picture, don't they? I think an old man lives up there who has lost his wife of many years and is quite sad.
Oh, I LOVE this picture. I came here from Amanda Jean's blog. I get to meet her next week. I'm coming from California to the quilt retreat in St. Cloud. Excited! And the Flabbergasted book looks really good.
