Winter Reading Challenge

I am hosting a Winter Reading Challenge here on my blog to encourage you to read. At the end of the challenge, I will draw one winner for a $10 gift card to Barnes and Noble.    The challenge is to read four or more novels or nonfiction books I have reviewed on my blog. Here is how you can participate.
 1. Leave a comment on this post telling you are participating, what books you might read(your choices are not written in stone), and your name. You need to do this by January 11.
2. Read four or more books between now and February 28.
3. Leave another comment on the Reading Challenge Wrap Up post telling which books you read and which you would recommend to others. You will have from February 21 to February 28 to do this.
4. A winner will be drawn on March 1 from the people who successfully completed the challenge.

This contest is open to people I know living in the United States.

For those of you not familiar with navigating blogs, you can go down to the bottom of the screen and click on the label books. Then only the posts talking about different books will show up, not every single post.

...ok, I am in. Books that I will try to find/read will be: Paper Made, Almost Amish, Gifted Hands and Sunday Morning Quilts. A nice idea.

We'll see whether I can finish four books within your time frame.

I'm interested in reading In the Land of Blue Burqas, How Children Succeed, Start Something that Matters, and Raising Unselfish Children in a Self-Absorbed World.

I've requested three of the titles from our library but I'm not sure where to find In the Land of Blue Burqas.

I'll try this challenge but will be lucky to get thru one book in your time frame ;)

My picks are the 2 Amish books and the 2 books about parenting/kids.

Tyler is reading a Ray Bradbury book during his vacation for extra credit---thought I would try to read it too, but so far no luck.
